Have double BaseStat parameter for magic crit. I tested it..must be defined:
-        writeH(buf, 0); // [current concentration]
+               writeH(buf, pgs.getCurrentStat(StatEnum.MAGICAL_CRITICAL)); // [current crit spell]



with double BaseStats ..the crit spell not count..but with CurrentStat and second with BaseStat ..critic spell count right.

I tried to test BOOST_CASTING_TIME but can't effect.

cant find this path - src/gameserver/network/aion/serverpackets/SM_STATS_INFO.java

i dont have network folder etc. on my server folder do u know why?
